Thank you for your interest in Florentine Catering Services. The information found on this web site is only a small sample of the options available to you. We can accommodate a wide variety of tastes with a menu of pasta, salad and our famous bread and cheese to the most elegant of functions with carving stations of Prime Rib of Beef and Roast Turkey along with spectacular food displays. 

Please call us at one of our friendly restaurant locations with your questions as we are more than willing to work with any budget or special dietary concerns. Prices may also be altered depending on the type of service required.

Types of Service and Policies
SERVICES

*Set Up Service
Food is presented in bowls and chafing dishes.  Linen is used for the buffet table and high quality disposable paper products are used for service.  Return for equipment and break down of buffet will be charged as a rental fee.

*Full Service Buffet
Fully decorated buffet table using linen and appropriate decorations for occasion. Baskets and bowls used for cold items, with chafing dishes used for hot items. Choice of high quality paper products or china and flatware at an additional fee. Fully staffed serving line and stations for length of function.

*Service fee for staff charged by server per hour

Orders Of $500 Or More Require Deposit

Non-corporate clientele that do not have a pre-approved house account with us must place a 50% deposit for all items ordered.  This deposit is to be received minimally 24 hours in advance.  The manager may require more advance time for the deposit but not less.  This deposit is non-refundable.
